The video of the week goes to Amy Poehler.  You know her; ex-SNL cast member, Tina Fey compadre, and star of Parks and Recreation.  She's hilarious!  But, she takes a more heart to heart approach in this video offering excellent advice I think we could all benefit from hearing.  Although, it's directed towards women and body image, I think men and women alike need to hear her advice about being comfortable with who you are.  It's always good to see a down to earth celebrity, dealing with the same things all of us may go through.  If you have 2:42 minutes to spare give it a listen, couldn't hurt. =)
